Axiom Ops provides remote operations services tailored for small businesses experiencing rapid growth that outpaces their existing systems.
Prior to founding Axiom Ops, I accumulated more than two decades of experience collaborating directly with C-suite executives, senior government officials, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in the domains of special operations, intelligence community support, and senior security roles within the U.S. Department of State, the Department of Defense, and elements of the U.S. Intelligence Community.
I have developed and overseen operational programs exceeding $50 million in value across both public and private sectors, including executive-level positions at one of the world's largest technology companies and California's largest utility. Additionally, I serve in an executive advisory role for a strategic growth firm that partners with over 100 institutional funds.
I hold advanced certifications from the Wharton School and Cornell University. This background has equipped me with a deep understanding of operational excellence at scale, as well as the expertise to establish it for businesses that have not yet achieved such maturity.
This extensive experience has imparted a critical insight that many business consultants overlook: systems do not falter due to flawed concepts, but rather as a result of inadequate execution, insufficient documentation of processes, and a lack of accountability. I apply this operational rigor to every client engagement.
Since transitioning into business operations and technology, I have integrated this foundation with specialized knowledge in systems architecture, custom software development, and business process consulting. I personally design and implement automations, integrations, workflows, and client-facing tools — without reliance on outsourcing or intermediaries. When delivering a solution, I ensure that it is one I have constructed, fully comprehend, and am capable of maintaining or repairing.
